Since 1997, we have developed (or redeveloped):

• 639 housing units, from affordable apartments to luxury for-sale homes
• 2 of the 3 largest bond-financed income-restricted affordable housing developments in Denver
• Over a million square feet of mixed-use space
• Offices, creative spaces, restaurants, retail, adaptive reuse, and land

We make urban spaces that promote affordability and support entrepreneurs. Our development mission is to add positively to the urban environment while making it easier for Denverites to live here, grow small business, become part of the neighborhood, and, in turn, add their part to the city.
